The challenge
HairClub wanted to modernize its digital presence and connect with a younger, more diverse audience. The work focused on the journey from discovering the brand to understanding its services and exploring an appointment, with clearer content, navigation, and visual design.
My contribution
I led the development of a website built around those needs. The experience brought together a guided quiz, condition-specific content, and a streamlined scheduling approach. My focus was on helping visitors understand their options and move through the site with greater clarity.
