The challenge
Stamford Health needed to support important patient and consumer tasks while making a large website more manageable for its staff. The work brought user journeys, accessibility, content organization, and ongoing site maintenance into the same design challenge.

My contribution
I led the digital product team in developing a design system for a consumer website with more than 1,000 pages. The work included scalable CMS templates, site architecture, service-line landing pages, improvements to Find a Doctor, and an updated visual identity. The system gave those different needs a consistent foundation.
